Metal Back
Yesterday, Mama and Kate went to Philippine Orthopedic Hospital. Kate had her check-up. They brought home Kate’s x-ray of her back. Unlike before, her spinal cord is definitely straight now. It has a metal rod that supports it. From a 40 degree-severe scoliosis patient, she looks like a model now with her back standing up-tall. Amazing isn’t it? I wish I was like her, but I don’t want any metal rod in my back!!!! I will not be able to do activities I love like dancing, bending, curl ups… mmmm… things as that!
