wahehe. nung last time na kasama ko si munyok, na-mention nya ang salitang metrosexual. tinanong daw kasi sya nung isa nyang prof kung metrosexual sya. ako naman tong nag-iisip. "anu kaya ung metrosexual?" hehehe. so kesa mag-magaling ako, nagtanong nlng ako. kaso di naman nya sinabi kung anu yun. napilitan pa tuloy akong magsearch. sa paghahanap ko, ang dami ko pang nakitang -sexual chorvanes. grabe! kung anu-anong gender nlng ang nabubuo these days pala! hindi ko na nga kinlick ung link ng iba eh! ang bagal kasi ng internet ngayon. ewan ko kung bakit. mmmm. so ayun. naisipan ko na rin ipost dito ung ilang nabasa ko. waheheh. mmmm. bisexual nga kaya ako? hohoho~ credits to wikipedia. ^____^.


**Metrosexual is a neologism generally applied to heterosexual men with a strong concern for their appearance. For example, they may have eyebrows waxed, fingers manicured, facials etc. procedures which are generally eschewed by the average male. The metro- (mother[1]) prefix indicates this man's purely urban lifestyle, while the -sexual suffix comes from "heterosexual," meaning that this man, although he is usually straight, embodies a heightened aesthetic sense often stereotypically attributed to gay men.


**Homosexuality refers to sexual behavior or attraction between people of the same sex, or to a sexual orientation. As a sexual orientation, homosexuality refers to "an enduring pattern of or disposition to experience sexual, affectional, or romantic attractions primarily to" people of the same sex; "it also refers to an individual’s sense of personal and social identity based on those attractions, behaviors expressing them, and membership in a community of others who share them."

Etymologically, the word homosexual is a Greek and Latin hybrid with homos (often confused with the later Latin meaning of "man", as in Homo sapiens) deriving from the Greek word for same, thus connoting sexual acts and affections between members of the same sex, including lesbianism.[3][4] In a narrow sense, gay refers to male homosexuality, but it often is used in its broadest sense, especially in media headlines and reports, to refer to homosexuality in general. Lesbian, however, always denotes female homosexuality.


**Pomosexual, or undefined sexuality, are neologisms used to describe sexual orientation, or more accurately, an attempt to reassess the boundaries of sexual orientation. A word formed by adding the prefix pomo- (shorthand for postmodern) to the adjective -sexual (suggesting a sexual preference or orientation), the term itself is oxymoronic since it is descriptive of persons who do not identify with any essentially-defined sexual label, and is used in reference to oneself as a protest against such labels.

According to andrologist Sudhakar Krishnamurthy, pomosexuality "is nothing but another lifestyle label. People are creating different categories every single day but this doesn’t mean that these are new phenomena. It is now fashionable to belong to a new category. As far as pomosexuality goes, the fad is about not believing in any of the compartmentalisations."


**Bisexuality is a sexual orientation which refers to the romantic and/or sexual attraction of individuals to others of both genders (socially) or sexes (biologically). Bisexuals are not necessarily equally attracted to men and women and may even shift between states of finding either gender or sex exclusively attractive over the course of time.[1] However, some bisexuals are and remain fairly static in their level of attraction throughout their adult life.


**Pansexuality or anthrosexuality (anthro- literally meaning human, human sexual) (sometimes referred to as omnisexuality[1]) is a sexual orientation characterized by the potential for aesthetic attraction, romantic love and/or sexual desire for people, regardless of their gender identity or biological sex. Thus, pansexuality includes potential attraction to people (such as transgender individuals) who do not fit into the gender binary of male/female. Some pansexuals suggest that they are gender-blind; that gender and sex are insignificant or irrelevant in determining whether they will be sexually attracted to others.[2]

The word pansexual is derived from the Greek prefix pan-, meaning "all". "All" is specifically in reference to human genders. In its simplest form, pansexuality denotes the potential of sexual attraction to all genders. It is intended to negate the idea of two genders (as expressed by bi-).

College Sophie nako!

1st day of classes!
College Sophomore nko! wheeee!
parang ang bilis ng panahon...
parang kelan lang binubuno ko pa ung Anatomy & Physiology book ko, tas ngayon iba nnman~
haaayz~! nakakapagod mag-aral!
pero mas gusto ko na toh, kesa magtrabaho...
mahirap daw mag-work eh! yun ang naririnig ko sa mga matatanda.
mas masarap daw mag-aral at bumalik sa pagkabata. wahehehe~
masarap lang siguro sa pagkakayod ay ung kapag kumikita/sumasahod ka.
e panu kung hindi? tsk tsk tsk... E DI WALA RIN! nyahaha~

Umbrella

“Umbrella”

Our story begins at a Preparatory school exclusively for felines. It is a beautiful day, cloudy morning and it seems such a good day to conduct discussions. Teacher Muningningerz is busy lecturing the class about numbers. Every little cat in the room quietly listens to her. Everyone else is very much interested to learn something from her. Everyone actively participates when she gives activities. Everyone does except for Tiktaktok.

Tiktaktok, as referred to by his classmates, is the class bully. He is bossy and arrogant, like for example when he cuts in line in the cafeteria or upon drinking from the water fountain. He also commands the smartest in the class to do assignments for him. There is no room for disagreements for if one disapproves, he will bully that kitten for the rest of the school year. There are also instances when he would do something unnecessary just to catch anyone’s attention in the middle of a lecture. More often, he turns on Pikpakbum. He would tear sheets of paper from his notebook, crumple and throw these to Pikpakbum while she innocently sits at one side. He would stretch his leg upon seeing Pikpakbum coming towards his way and the poor little kitty would end up being hurt and humiliated in front of their other classmates. He would also sneak into Pikpakbum’s snack bag and exchange Pikpakbum’s drinking water with that of vinegar.

It has always been like this, Tiktaktok playing pranks on Pikpakbum and Pikpakbum ending up as the victim. Nevertheless, Pikpakbum had been admired by her friends because of her unending patience. She is very positive and often looks on the bright side of every situation. At the same time, she is also hopeful that there will come a time when she and Tiktaktok become friends.

One late afternoon, it was raining hard. The classes were dismissed earlier. Most kittens were fetched by their school buses while others were fetched by their parents. Tiktaktok tried calling at home so someone could fetch him as well, because he couldn’t go home by himself like he usually does. This is because he had forgotten to bring his umbrella and raincoat. As we all know, cats are afraid of water or the idea of taking a bath. Unfortunately, no one answered at home. The phone kept on ringing up to about fifty times or so.

The clouds are getting darker and the breeze colder. Tiktaktok felt hopeless as he sat near the school gate. He trembles as chills run down his spine and goose bumps now visible on his fur. All alone, he said to himself, “Meow meow. Lord, help me find an umbrella or a coat. Meow meow.”

“Meow. Here! Take cover beside me”, a tiny angelic voice said in reply. Tiktaktok was shocked to see who uttered such kindness. It was Pikpakbum, smiling at him despite of the utmost coldness she is fighting.

“Are you sure?” Tiktaktok asks. “I mean, after all the pranks and nasty jokes I did against you. Is it still okay for you to share the umbrella with me?”

“It’s no big deal. It’s just an umbrella. It won’t take very long before we’ll reach our homes if we start walking now”, Pikpakbum says.

Tiktaktok felt guilty for the misbehaviors he had done especially to Pikpakbum. He apologized to her sincerely and promised not to bully her or any of their classmates again. The rain stops soon. A rainbow shines anew and so did a start of a good friendship.

Where is God? (a short story)

Two little boys, ages 8 and 10, were excessively mischievous.
They were always getting into trouble and their parents knew all about it.

If any mischief occurred in their town, the two boys were probably involved.

The boys' mother heard that a preacher in town had been successful in disciplining children, so she asked if he would speak with her boys.

The preacher agreed, but he asked to see them individually. So the mother sent the 8 year old first, in the morning, with the older boy to see the preacher in the afternoon.

The preacher, a huge man with a booming voice, sat the younger boy down and asked him sternly, 'Do you know where God is, son?'

The boy's mouth dropped open, but he made no response, sitting there wide-eyed with his mouth hanging open.

So the preacher repeated the question in an even sterner tone, 'Where is God?'

Again, the boy made no attempt to answer. The preacher raised his voice even more and shook his finger in the boy's face and bellowed, 'Where is God?'

The boy screamed and bolted from the room, ran directly home and dove into his closet, slamming the door behind him.

When his older brother found him in the closet, he asked, 'What happened?'

The younger brother, gasping for breath, replied, 'We are in BIG trouble this time,' (I just LOVE reading this next line again and again:)

'GOD is missing, and they think we did it!
